With new Islanders on the scene, a second dumping and people’s eggs definitely in more than one basket…you’re going to want to catch up!

Week 2
The first week ended with the ultimate cliff-hanger. Rachel had to choose between Brad and Chuggs after only having 24 hours to get to know them. After an initial connection with Brad she coupled up with him, leaving Chuggs to pack his bags and head home.
Fresh from the recoupling, the girls headed out of the Villa for brunch. Meanwhile, the boys were joined by two new bombshells; Lucinda and Millie. Heads were turned and although some couples got stronger, others were being tested…
By the end of the week, Sharon, Faye, Kaz and Rachel were all left single, with fresh sparks flying for Toby and Chloe, Millie and Liam and more…it was time for a new boy to join them – cue Teddy! With Teddy entering the Villa, the girls were feeling the competition to make an impression ahead of the next recoupling.
In the final few moments of the week, the Islanders’ ‘GOT A TEXT’ to announce that the recoupling will take place TONIGHT. This time, it’s the boys’ turn to choose…Who does Teddy want to crack on with?
Catch Up with Chuggs
On Monday night, Chuggs became the second Islander to leave the Villa after new gal Rachel coupled up with Brad.
Since leaving the Villa, we’ve been given insider’s access to his exit interview:
What was it like when you first arrived?
Came in, everyone was so friendly. The guys came up to us, gave lots of love. Really nice, genuine guys in there. The girls are also really nice, came over and said hi. When the guys come out I’d like to meet up with them all.
Tell us about the Islanders…
Faye’s one of my favourite people in there. Not in a romance way. I thought it would be all cool to go in there and step on toes and ruffle feathers and stuff… I would have done if I thought people weren’t matched right. Liberty would be the one I’d most go for out of everyone in there, I chatted to her, but she likes Jake. And Jake is such a nice guy. I think out of everyone in there, those two will go the distance.
Were you surprised to be in the bottom two?
I wasn’t surprised to be in the bottom two. I didn’t really have a thing with anyone in there.
What did you think when Rachel walked in?
Obviously, she’s a gorgeous girl. When I was getting to know her, she was really interesting to talk to. We had stuff in common, our values were in line. When I was stood at the fire pit, I thought, if she does pick me, I can see us getting on really well.
Did you think Rachel would pick Brad?
I know she was very torn. Brad’s a gorgeous boy. I don’t blame her for picking him. To me, she was a bit like, Brad’s had a week in here, he’s not found anyone. He’s not done anything yet. You’ve only had a day, you’ve not had a chance yet. So I thought maybe that would be why I’d have got picked, if I was to be picked. When she was saying her speech about values being aligned, I was thinking, that could be me. But no, it wasn’t meant to be.
Your footwear got a lot of attention – do you usually wear Crocs?
Yeah, I wear Crocs all the time. I just find it funny. It just makes me laugh. I’ve become so comfortable wearing them in lockdown, I’ve started wearing them in public. I don’t care. I love the colour of them. And those little emoji things on them make me laugh. It’s not a fashion thing, it’s more it just amuses me. They are my own, I brought them in.
Who will you be backing?
Jake and Liberty. Liam and Faye have potential; I wouldn’t rule them out. But in my opinion Jake and Liberty are easily the strongest.
Would you go back into the villa?
I’d go back after more bombshells have gone in. Casa Amor would be the perfect time to go back in.
