How to style white trainers
The great thing about white sneakers? They go with just about anything.
Match ‘em up with a graphic tee and some shorts on a hot summer’s day. Or pair them with your favourite tracksuit for some street-ready energy.
They absolutely bang as part of an airport outfit, too. Rep them with a hoodie and joggers set for a combo of comfort and style.
Girls, lace them up with an oversized sweater and some cycle shorts for a laidback athleisure vibe.

How to clean white trainers
If you want your white sneakers to really pop this summer, they’ve gotta be spotless. Keep ‘em clean. Keep ‘em shining.
Stick to these techniques and your treads will be sparkling. Trust us.
Dealing with leather? Use a brush to loosen any dirt. Then with a cloth and some warm water, wipe them down. If the stains are particularly tough, use baking powder with water.
If they’re suede, use a soft brush to remove the dirt. For tough stains, add some white vinegar or rubbing alcohol to a cloth and gently wipe. Avoid using water.
For anything canvas, remove the laces and use a soft brush to remove loose dirt. Then, use either baking powder or dish soap with water to wash away any stains. Finally, rinse with cold water and leave them to air dry.

How not to clean white trainers
A few don’ts. Firstly, Tippex. Don’t be treating your creps like an English exam. While it covers up stains short-term, it may cause further damage long term. It’s not worth it.
Second, don’t whack them in the washing machine. This can damage delicate materials and knock them out of shape. It can be tempting since it means little effort for you. But not recommended.
Finally, avoid strong chemicals. Bleach and other strong detergents are gonna destroy the material. A big no-no.
Now you know how to keep ‘em fresh, it’s time to cop.
