Chunky trainers are still having their moment and if you’re looking for your chunky sneak fix, Converse’s latest drops have got your back.
Following on the success of the JW Anderson collab last year, Converse have dropped new colourways of the Run Star Hike sneaker, including a low top version for the very first time!
Inspired by the creators and makers that remix, rework and re-imagine, it’s designed to differentiate. Wanna know more? We’ve got you gal.
Born Bold
The classic Chuck Taylor has been re-imagined and stepped up with the Run Star Hike sneaker. This hiking boot-inspired design is a must-have hybrid, with an upper taken from the classic Chuck Taylor 70 and a Run Star sole underfoot for a trail-ready look.
Up top, just like the Chuck Taylor, they’re built with a signature canvas upper with contrasting stitching and a rubber toe cap adding Converse’s classic DNA. Underfoot is where you’ll turn heads. These sneakers are sat on a molded platform midsole with premium cushioning for a comfy feel. They have two-tone lug detailing and an aggressive-looking tread that nods to hiking boots.
The Converse Run Star Hike is finished up with the iconic All Star patch to the inner sidewall, as well as a star to the heel.
