Same old Simz
Born and raised in Islington, Little Simz always wanted to make music.
Her debut album, A Curious Tale of Trials + Persons, released in 2015, with five more following over the next ten years. Her sixth and most recent record, Lotus, landed in June 2025. It was another smash hit.
Simz may have moved on to superstardom, but her roots keep her grounded.
Going back to her old neighbourhood and hitting up her old hangout spots. It reminds her she’s still that kid that grew up in North London. The same old Simz.
Everything else in her life may have changed. But home is still home.
Vans icons
Simz was stepping back in time in two pairs of classic Vans.
