Since making a serious comeback in 2020, the Nike Dunk has been one of the most must-have sneaks we’ve seen in ages.
This iconic, court-inspired style first dropped back in 1985, designed by Nike legend, Peter Moore. With a similar silhouette to the Air Jordan 1, the Dunk has finally come into its own and shook the sneaker-verse.
This time around, the Dunk isn’t goin’ anywhere. All through 2021, we had some incredible women’s drops and there’s no sign of slowing down. Keep reading to check out our favourite Dunk drops, and see which sneaks you managed to cop!
Dunk High White Black
We’re kicking things off with a timeless colour combination, Nike’s Dunk High dropped in a White Black colourway just back in November. This super-versatile colourway will pair with pretty much anything in ya ‘drobe through all the seasons.
Dunk Low Photon Dust & Dunk Low Light Bone
We LOVE a toned-down look, so when these two Dunk Low colourways dropped this year, they both went straight to the top of our must-cop list! The Photon Dust and Light Bone colourways are both Simple and understated, but still eye-catching enough to take your ‘fit to the next level. The Photon Dust Dunk is clean and crisp with White accents and laces, while the Light bone colourway is a little warmer. It’s contrasted with Sail for a vintage-inspired vibe.
Dunk Low SE Easter
A high-heat, special edition colourway, this bright and bold Dunk Low was a beaut’ choice for the Spring and Summer months. With mismatched pastel hues, these sneaks looked good enough to eat! With Pink, Blue, Green and Purple overlaying a crisp White, this Easter edition Dunk Low was a huge must-have for the Sneakerheads!
Dunk Low Goldenrod
A legendary silhouette featuring an iconic colour palette, the Goldenrod Dunk Low takes us right back through the archives. With design cues from the OG 1985 collection, ‘Be True To Your School’ and the 1999 Wu-Tang Dunk High, this low-riding silhouette in a Goldenrod colourway was always gonna’ be a big one.
Dunk High Crimson Tint
The Dunk High landed in a Crimson Tint colourway for the gals, and it’s become one of our all-time faves! The perfect pretty pair to add to your rotation, these creps were an instant hit. Pastels have been a top trend this past year, and we can’t wait to find new ways to style these ones out!
Dunk Low Triple White
A fresh white tread is an essential colourway in every Sneakerhead’s rotation, right? Cue the Dunk Low in Triple White! When these dropped back in August, the Summer stylin’ was on point! A super sleek look to level up any ‘fit, the Triple White Dunk Low is one that’ll never go out of style.
Dunk Low Purple Pulse & Yellow Strike
These are two of the most beaut’ pairs that have dropped on the scene so far. The Dunk Low in Purple Pulse and Yellow Strike were a sleek and subtle pop of colour that easily took centre stage in the rotations.
Dunk Low Lime Ice
A soft and dusty colourway that was perfect for hazy, sun-filled days, the Dunk Low in Lime Ice was a lace-up that was high on our list. A silhouette that could brighten up any ‘fit, with muted tones for a quiet elevation, they stand out for all the right reasons.
Dunk High Lemon Twist
The Dunk High gets a pastel-infused update with this Lemon Twist colourway. Mouth-watering overlays of pale pinks, greens and lilacs don the Dunk High silhouette in this Summer drop. BRB, dreaming of wearing these in the sunshine!
Dunk Low Animal Instinct
One of the more recent drops, the Dunk Low in Animal Instinct saw White and Black colourways for a sleek look, while a contrasting Swoosh stands out at the sidewalls. Featuring a bold leopard print, contrasting Black and White, and luxe gold to the iconic Swoosh logo. Don’t get us wrong, we love a monochrome sneak, but subtle detailing like this is hard to pass up!
