On Friday night, JD hosted a private showing of new Marvel blockbuster Black Panther: Wakanda Forever at VUE Westfield, Stratford!
We invited loads of guests to come and check out the movie, including influencers and some lucky competition winners with their plus ones. Here’s what went down on the night!
Movie Night 🍿
To celebrate the launch of our Christmas ad, the theatre foyer had been set up with an arcade for some pre-screening fun and games! Included was an air hockey table, claw machine and an arcade booth running a full-size version of ‘King of the Game’ for guests to get competitive and win prizes!
After collecting W’s on the arcade and catching up, everyone made their way into the cinema screen, where they were given a Christmas cracker with some popcorn ready for the start of the movie!

Film Night ‘Fits 📽️
Our influencers know how to throw together a comfy look for their cinema trips. Thanks to JD, our gang were reppin’ some ultra-snug style for movie night.
Loads of familiar faces came along, including Joanna Chimonides (@joannachimonides), who repped a pair of adidas Originals Flare Leggings as part of her laidback look.
Megan (@megzhana) and Milli McLoughlin (@milzzjo) came in head-to-toe Nike ‘fits. Megan wore the Nike Varsity Crew Sweatshirt and Joggers, while Milli rocked the Nike Phoenix Fleece Hoodie with matching Joggers.
Presenter Theo Johnson (@theojohnsonuk) repped the Jordan Artist Series by Jacob Rochester Hoodie and Joggers combo for the ultimate cinema-ready ‘fit. He completed the look with a crisp pair of Air Force 1s.
Fellow presenter and TV/Film expert David Whitely (@davidwhitely) levelled up his comfort with some Nike Hybrid Fleece Joggers and a Hybrid Crew Sweatshirt, as well as an Air Max T-Shirt and Hybrid Jacket for extra warmth. Finished up with a fresh set of classic Air Max 95s.
Also in attendance was Nohail Mohammed (@nohailchooch), Makai Fray (@mkfray) and Theo Ching (@theoching_). Nohail kicked back to enjoy the film in a Nike Tech Fleece Hoodie, Tech Pants and Hybrid Jacket set, while Makai repped a White Nike Foundation Hoodie with Black Tech Fleece Joggers. Theo called in the chill vibes with the Nike Players Track Pants and a Foundation Crew Sweat. All three completed their ‘fit with some VaporMax lace-ups.
Nisrin (@itsnisrin) and Kalo Kachar (@kalokachar) brought next level cinema style to the screening. Nisrin kept it casual with a pair of Nike Varsity Joggers and Air Force 1s, while Kalo kept it cosy with a Nike Foundation Hoodie and Joggers combo, Nike Core T-Shirt and React Vision sneaks.
Finally, our guy Kofi Asar (@lifeofkofi) rocked up reppin’ a matching Jordan Essential Hoodie and Joggers set, finished up with VaporMax 2021 kicks for head-to-toe heat.
