Back in February, Mabel – who is Spanish-born and the daughter of Neneh Cherry – picked up the BRIT award for Best British Female Solo Artist and it looked to be the start of a huge 12 months for the 24-year-old.

Luckily she got to go out on her ‘High Expectations’ tour right before the global sitch changed all of her plans. The pair also chat about how Mabel didn’t want to ‘make it’ off the back of having famous parents and how she was adamant on doing it alone.
