How did your fitness page come about?
I kept getting messages about how I stay in shape so I thought it would be a good way to show people! I put my work-outs on there with reps and exercises so my followers can give it a go.
What’s your favourite workout?
My favourite muscle group to train is arms! Good arms look good in T-shirts!
Do you have any tips for people trying to get in shape?
Just find the balance. Enjoy yourself going out with your mates but also make time for the gym.
Plans for summer 2018?
I’m getting married in September! I can’t give you any more info though, just keep your eyes peeled…
