Back from the Archives: adidas Originals Forum

Almost 40 years later, adidas has revived another classic! The brand’s not new to digging into their archives to bring back iconic looks, with the Superstar, Stan Smith and loads more silhouettes still making waves. This time, it’s the Forum’s turn!

That’s right, adidas Originals has brought back the Forum in a range of cuts, colourways and in full family sizing. Need some retro heat for your rotation? Rapper Slowthai (@slowthai) and singer-songwriter Pip Millet (@pipmillett) are showing you exactly how it’s done. Check it out.

Back from ‘84

Since it first dropped in the early ‘80s, the b-ball sneaker has become more than just a shoe; it’s a statement. It first landed in 1984 and was a big hit both on and off the hardwood, making its way into the music scene and evolving to be a street icon thanks to its innovative tooling and premium look.

Fast forward to 2021 and the adidas Originals Forum is well and truly back. Retro is still BIG and this sneaker ticks all the boxes. We’ve seen both low and high profile styles return over the last few months, with fresh editions dropping on the reg!

3-Stripes Style

Wanna’ keep it classic? Lace up in the Forum Low, Mid or High. Taking cues from the ’84 icon, these styles keep the OG design lines with breathable perforations and a premium leather upper.

For stepped up style, gals can lace up in the Forum Bold; a platform version of the classic. The Forum Bold rides high on a chunky midsole and comes in a range of colourways.

Cop ‘Em

From joggers and denim, to T-shirt dresses and cycle shorts, the Forum guarantees to go with pretty much anything. Add some extra 3-Stripes style with adidas socks.
