Yesterday, JD joined forces with Klarna to take over Crazy Pedro’s in Manchester’s NQ. Known for their INSANE pizzas, Crazy Pedro’s was the perfect venue to have fun, let people eat their bodyweight in pizza, while getting to know a little more about what Klarna has to offer!

Tucked away inside the Northern Quarter, the ultimate squad of influencers, Love Islanders and competition winners all came together for the ultimate pizza making class. Not just learning how to make pizza, the competition was ON. Who could make the best pizza?!
Everyone looked fire, with our fave influencers reppin head-to-toe JD. Abbi Holden (@abbiholden_) sported the Swoosh in the Oversized Swoosh Woven Jacket, while gal-pal Beckie (@beckiehughesfit) worked the neon trend in a matching Overhead Taped Hoodie and Tape Joggers combo from adidas Originals. JD ambassador Joe Price (@joepricee) showed us how to work the latest Nike icons in the Air Max 200, and the Love Island guys repped a premium look in fresh ‘fits from GUESS, Lacoste and more. To finish up? A JD x Klarna apron – a pizza making essential!
First up, Love Island-gal Lucie’s team took on Curtis’ crew. Each group decided on an action plan, then got to work on their pizza masterpieces! With everything from smiley faces to ‘JD’ in pepperoni, each squad brought their A-game. And the winner of class 1? Curtis! His team got to take home a £50 JD voucher each!
Riding high on his win, Curtis got stuck in for the second round, this time competing against fellow Love Islander, Danny’s team. Trying to be a little too experimental, Curtis took the L and Danny dominated in the second class!
To close the event, Kyle Walker (@kylewalker115) hosted the ultimate JD x Klarna quiz – putting everyone’s memory to the test. The winner took home a MEGA prize, free trainers for an entire year! ??
