NPC II – Return of a Reebok Classic

Few brands can recreate retro like Reebok, from the ever-present Reebok Classics sneakers in leather and nylon to the Club C tennis throwbacks. Reebok just *get* vintage sport looks and these NPC II silhouettes in numerous clean white colourways are no different!

Back Again

Dug out from the archives, these NPC II trainers or – Newport Classics – to use their full name, first emerged back in 1985 and were built for the tennis court. Imagined as an immediate answer to the Diadora Borg Elite and the adidas Stan Smith, Reebok’s aim was for the shoe to look great on and off the court. It clearly worked – today, they’re re-branded and re-purposed solely for the streets and can finish off the perfect late summer look.

Simple Styling

Understated but still signature – 35 years after its first release – the NPC II is crafted with a smooth leather upper for a 24/7 clean aesthetic.

Classics Reimagined

In multiple white colourways, this premium cut was released not long after Reebok dropped the loud CL Legacy sneaks. You can shop Reebok‘s full range here on JD.
