On Saturday 17th March, Ireland celebrates the life of their patron saint, St. Patrick. A celebration that’s recognised around the world globally, and typically celebrated with bright green and orange parades. St. Patrick’s Day in London
Not in Ireland over the weekend? No need to panic! London will turn green for the 16th time, with St Patrick’s Day celebrations commencing at Trafalgar Square. Alternatively, head to Borough Market where they’ll be pay tribute to the patron saint with Irish-themed products.
Manchester Irish Market at Albert Square
Celebrations continue in the North. Join in the fun at Manchester’s Albert Square with the Irish market, home to plenty of Irish souvenirs, as well as hot drinks and food. Not to mention the large screens set up for people to watch the England vs Ireland game at 2.45pm.
