You’ve had the low down on Victoria Niamh Spence, and now it’s Brontë Georgina King’s (@brontekingg) turn to tell us what she’s made of! Student, model and full-time babe, this girl’s ready to show you how to werk it this year.

Tell us a bit about yourself…
I’m 21 and I’m in my last year of uni, studying film and television. I’m an online shopping addict, so new gym wear is a MUST for me! I have an older sister (who I’m sure you all know), Chessie King and a younger brother, Henry.
I’ve always loved photography and film. When Instagram came along, it was somewhere I could build a portfolio of what I loved!
How did you get into fitness?
My mum (super mum!), has always lived a healthy lifestyle since I can remember, so I’ve been brought up around it. My whole family live a very fitness-orientated life, which keeps me motivated too.
When I started uni and felt homesick, I would call my mum and she’d tell me to put on my trainers and head to the gym. I did and always felt so much better after! A workout always makes me feel so much more motivated.
What are your goals for 2019?
This year I’ll graduate from my degree at the University of Reading!! After 3 long years of writing essays and studying it’ll be so rewarding to finish!
Then hopefully towards the end of 2019, move to London! A very exciting year – I can’t wait!
How do you achieve your goals?
With me, a big goal of mine was to make my Instagram into a career. After seeing my sister make something she absolutely loves into a job, it motivated me more than ever!
Meeting some absolutely lovely people in the industry who support you encouraged me even more to achieve my goals. I find that surrounding yourself with supportive and positive people helps a lot!
If you don’t achieve your target/goal, how do you keep yourself motivated?
I actually find if I don’t get the mark I want in university or don’t reach a target/goal, I head to the gym. It releases all my happy endorphins and I come out feeling ready to try and hit the target or goal again!
What’s your fave healthy snack?
Kale crisps! I make them every day at uni, its super easy!!! Layer kale out on a baking tray, sprinkle with olive oil and pink Himalayan salt and then put into the oven for 5-10 mins. It’s so tasty.
If you’re not in the gym working out, where would we find you?
Having brunch with my girls… or in the library writing an essay.
Tips for aspiring bloggers…
Just keep doing you, post every day and engage with your audience. Ignore any negative comments but take on the constructive criticism and surround yourself with people who push you to do what you love.
I get a lot of inspiration for photos from Pinterest, and I normally scroll through on the treadmill when I’m cooling down from my cardio. Keeps my mind off the time and inspires me when I’m out of the gym.
What’s your go-to piece from the new JD Under Armour collection?
When i’m heading to the gym I love the grey tracksuit because it’s so cosy and perfect for the cold weather at the moment. I’ll chuck that on top of my favourite grey UA leggings, which are super flattering and so comfy, as well as the lilac or black sports bra.
